MINUTES OF THE MEETING

HIGHLIGHTS OF THE MEETING/SUGGESTIONS:

● to come up with a list of classmates from batch ’84 who can possibly share/pledge an amount for the batch fund raising in support of the expenses that will be incurred during the jubilee celebration;

● to have MS. AMY TAYAG as the coordinator for the solicitation of pledges from classmates who are based on other foreign countries;

● to come up with other strategies to raise funds support other than solicitation from batchmates (i.e solicitation from other town officials, etc.);

● Romer will have a personal visit to Among Peter Sitchon to convince him to attend the next meeting that will be set this February 2009. Specific date shall be determined based on the availability of Among Pete;

● Tentative Venue of Next Meeting: Abel Ocampo’s Residence at Sto. Domingo,

Minalin (still under coordination). (Second Option will be at Vic Intal’s Farm at Sta. Maria, if Abel will not accept the proposal);

● The current account of the batch shall be posted next meeting based on the treasurer’s report (sory po umuwi agad si Queng, may date kaya di ko nakuha…he he he).
