February 2009 Minutes of Meeting

Classmates,

Awni ing Minutes of the latest meeting. Maka powerpoint ya. Ali ke malyaring upload keni ing Power Point kasi ali ne supported ning blogger. I converted it to a movie file kaso mangalati la deng pictures. Panan ku la deng pictures from Bernie [or nung ninu man ing meg take pictures] and I will post them here.

Suggested Agenda for the Feb 2009 Meeting

Here's the latest email from our President, Amy T. Gochuico with the suggested agenda for the February 2009 meeting.

Date: February 22, 2009 - Sunday

Time: 1 PM

Venue: Vic Intal's place in Sta Maria, Minalin

Here's a suggested agenda and activity for this coming Feb 22 meeting:

1. Kindly print this List of Donors (Pledges) and give to Kheng during the meeting on Sunday. I suggest you show it to all our classmates present so they get to see a clear picture of what's going on. That will highly motivate them to participate. Encourage everyone to give pledge and even start collecting cash if possible.

2. Please ensure to contact all Minalin B'84: Ronnie, Irene, Aliza, Julieta, Mary Jane, Abel, Melquiades, Emily, Jekrey, Rosa, Rosalinda, Evelyn, Rosalinda. Did I miss anyone?

3. Finalize all Point Persons - ideally 2 per area so there's better coordination and support.

4. Vote for some Advisers. Please include Bhok, Romer, Fr.Pete and anyone who you believe can be available and will actively participate. Include some girls too. The more the better. Later on, we will form committees to handle different activities and we expect these Advisers to play key roles.

5. Inform all Officers, Point Persons and Advisers the meeting I want to hold on Mar07 (Sat). Please agree on venue and time.

6. Get some update from Kheng on our financial status.

7. Others: Next area of focus, next meeting; promote our blog site and encourage everyone to participate - http://aths-batch-1984.blogspot.com/
Get some suggestions/comments as much as you can. It will be good to hear everyone's opinion.

8. Take some pictures and minutes of meeting (Lhai)

Medyo malambat na since ing last update ku keni. Kunwari kasi busy ku....keng kaka-Skype ming Amy.

Ing next meeting na ning batch tamu maka schedule ya keng February 22, 2009. Ing venue baka keng farm ng Vic Intal.

Hopefully, maka pag attend ya i Fr. Pete this time...fingers crossed.

Mag update ku siguro pasibayu panga ating latest a balita or announcement....

Amy has been sending email updates on the the batch's financial progress. It will be very much appreciated nung makapag reply kayo sana just to let us know what you think or that you're getting the emails. And it's always nice to touch base every now and then.

Mangailangan ta pang ditak a saup to reach our goal. If you can contribute some, please do so. It will definitely help a lot.
